Error 5 No Cup
Reasons for this error:
- No cups in the tube;
- Dispensing unit positioning failure (the cup does not fall into the catcher fork due to misalignment with the cup storage tube);
- Dispensing mechanism failure (calibration of the cup dispensing unit);
- Poor operation of the cup sensor (need cup sensor adjustment).
When the error 5 occurs, press the button CONTROLLER REBOOT. Check for cups in the receiving tube. Push SERVICE MODE and press "Cup Test" button. Make sure the cup is dispensed without obstruction and falls straight into the catcher fork.
In cases where dispensing works correctly but the error still appears, check the cup sensor activation and its adjustment. Ensure you are using cups that meet the requirements.
Cup Sensor Adjustment
In cases where the mechanism activates, but the cup does not drop, perform a calibration of the dispensing unit.
Cup Dispensing Unit Calibration
In some cases, the cup dispensing problem persists even after calibration; the cup may jam during dispensing and not fall into the catcher:
Push the cups out of the tube and inspect the guide rollers - they must all be oriented in the same direction:
In cases where cup dispensing does not occur (the dispensing unit does not turn on), check the tightness of the connections to the motor and the dispensing unit:
