This error occurs when there are issues with the operation of the shutter mechanism. To reset the error, press the button CONTROLLER REBOOT.

Check the mechanism's operation by pressing the buttons SERVICE MODE and FREE MODE - shutter is opened when service menu is open and closed in paid or free drinks modes.
