===== Error 11 Dispensing Window Shutter Error (Touch 2) =====

This error occurs when there are issues with the operation of the shutter mechanism. To reset the error, press the button {{ :t2-controller_reboot.png?linkonly |CONTROLLER REBOOT}}.

Check the mechanism's operation by pressing the buttons {{ :t2-service_mode.png?linkonly |SERVICE MODE}} and {{ :t2-free_mode.png?linkonly |FREE MODE}} - shutter is opened when service menu is open and closed in paid or free drinks modes.
